Having experienced your session previously on teams where you are the conduit for a group to develop a poem to reflect their experiences, I knew that this would hit the staff wellbeing sweet spot and this session today certainly did that. After the year that staff had, having an opportunity to come together to have some fun and have a product out of it that we can share and refer back to was a real tonic.
