Rob writes the poem in real time, based on interaction with participants. The subject and theme is decided by your team and together we create something completely original.
The session is based around informal discussion and everyone is welcome – you don’t need to be a poet to join in, nor to you need to be particularly gregarious. Those that are usually less vocal can find it just as easy to participate.
The group poem promotes teamwork and gives participants a sense of pride in the finished result. It also allows staff to have a voice in a way that doesn’t identify specific individuals. Afterwards, the poem is typed up and sent to the team, to be shared and distributed. Your team then owns the poem.
